INGREDIENTS

  • 200g silken tofu

  • about 3 dl (2.5 large bananas) frozen and chopped bananas

  • about 3 dl frozen strawberries

  • zest and juice of 1 lime

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all the ingredients (I use @vitamix ), except the chia seeds (or if you can't tolerate their texture, you can blend them too for a smoother finish!) and refrigerate overnight or for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Top with your favourite toppings. I used freeze dried figs and cranberries, pistachios and edible flowers for this portion. Fresh strawberries would be great as well!
